Welding procedure of PE water supply pipe

PE water supply pipeline welding process steps:

1) According to the welding specifications of PE water supply pipe, select the welding mold and turn on the electric heating:

2) According to the change of seasonal temperature, the heating temperature fluctuates or decreases (±10℃) from the original standard temperature, the standard temperature is 20 ℃

3) Trim the end face of PE water supply pipe so that its end face is perpendicular to the axis;

4) The water supply pipeline and pipe fittings should retain appropriate interference, and the excess part should be removed by cutting tools.

5) Remove dirt and other impurities from the outer and inner surfaces of the welding areas of water supply pipes and fittings.

6) In the welding process, the insertion depth of the water supply pipe should not be too deep, which will cause the blockage of the water supply pipe, not suitable for diving, diving welding may not be firm.

7) Insert the welded PE water supply pipe and pipe fitting into the heating mold at the same time. When the heating time is reached, pull out quickly and insert the welded end of the water supply pipe into the pipe fitting with uniform pressure (usually 2-3 Mpa). Push until the marked depth is inserted into the pipe, allowing for a small range of adjustments in a very short time.

8) According to the specifications of PE water supply pipe, keep the welding state to the cooling time, generally ranging from 30 minutes to 50 minutes.
